Refund Policy
At Relaxed and Joyful Living, I am committed to providing high-quality coaching services designed to support healing, growth, and transformation. Because coaching is a collaborative process and results depend on each client’s active participation, my refund policy balances fairness to my clients with respect for my time and expertise.
1. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered used and are not eligible for a refund.
2. Single Sessions

Payment for single sessions is non-refundable once the session has begun.

If you are unsatisfied with your first session, please contact me within 48 hours and I will consider a partial refund or a credit toward another service.
3. Packages & Programs

Refunds for multi-session packages are available within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.

After the first session in a package, no full refunds are available. Remaining unused sessions may be credited toward other services at my discretion.
4. Digital Products, Courses, & Handouts

All digital materials (downloads, courses, or handouts) are non-refundable once delivered due to the nature of digital content.
5. Extraordinary Circumstances

I understand that unexpected life events happen. In cases of serious illness, emergencies, or deployment, please reach out to me directly, and I will do my best to offer a fair solution, such as a credit or rescheduling option.
6. Commitment to Client Satisfaction

Your well-being and satisfaction are important to me. If at any time you have concerns about your sessions, please let me know so I can address them promptly.
