Session Types
MAP sessions can be experienced either individually or in a group.
Both options are effective, with the primary differences being how personalized the session is and how you prefer to receive support.
Group sessions also offer a lower-cost option, as the experience and results are shared among participants.
There is no “better” choice, only what feels safest, most supportive, and most aligned for you right now.
