Curious about MAP? This live small-group introduction gives you a chance to learn how MAP works, understand what to expect in Monday MAP and Thursday Money MAP, and experience the process for yourself.
You will learn the basics of ratings, muscle checking and MAP commands in a supportive setting. After completing this Intro, you will be ready to attend either of the ongoing MAP groups. Camera on is requested for this introductory session.
Each session is 90 minutes on Zoom, with a maximum of 8 participants. Your Zoom join link and password are included in your confirmation and reminder emails.
